The Purpose of The Iconium Foundation:  To "Teach black men skills that pay bills." PAID Vocational Training In Minority Neighborhoods. Auto Body, Plumbing, Electrical Training, Welding, Masonry & More!  Before placing clients in a class, Iconium checks clients record to see what type of work they are qualified for (Police, fire, sanitation, drivers). If eligible, support in obtaining all necessary paperwork, licensing or any important info on applying for said work will be provided. Once all of the requirements for employment are complete, job placement for the client within their specific field will be initiated. If a client does not already qualify for above average employment, he will be eligible for the vocational training program.
