BLACK FEMALES DO NOT LEAD OR SPEAK FOR THE BLACK COMMUNITY
Black female decision making.
The passage of decades has enabled statisticians to gather data which shows what happens when females lead households. As well as the inevitable deterioration, dysfunctionality of neighborhoods, and the hellion children those environments produce.
Look at any black community, neighborhood or ghetto and you'll see most households have no father.
Some men do skirt their responsibilities for sure. But in most cases it's the mother who purposely gets rid of the child's father for power over the child, out of anger, or spite.
Their actions are backed up by the U.S. government. With programs like welfare, WIC and housing vouchers. It's a tempting reward for single mother. A reward that allows them to stand on their own and declare their independence. A reward most black mothers choose over their child's father.
That independence comes at a price.
Black females Opt. for the financial security of these government programs over the financial uncertainty the child's father provides.
It's easy to research how most children black or white turn out after being raised in a single mother household.
When a black make is killed by the police. You see black females out in force protesting the police. But black females call the same police on black men more than any other demographic.
Many black men like Rayshard Brooks who were shot and killed by police were called and reported on by black women themselves.
Even so. You see and hear black women speaking online for the black community like their words and opinions account for something.
Based on their decision making, black females are unable to lead a household. Let alone a black community. This makes their opinions on how to fix the black invalid.
It is the black men who lead. This goes against the government's agenda. That the black female depends on.
It is the black man's decisions opinions and ideas that count. For generations black females have ran black households and communities. Look at the outcome.
Yet black females still speak as though they have improved black neighborhoods and raised productive members of society.
But the statistics say otherwise. But the don't care. They still speak as though what they have to say has power and authority over black communities.
Even black females who are in government and leadership positions, their words hold no bearing over black men or what moves black communities will take to improve it's standing in American society.
No black female, in a government position or not has the authority to lead or speak from the black community.
Any ideas, opinions, strategies or perspectives on the black communities come from black men.
All discussions on black issues are validated by black men. Not by black females.
Influencers, podcasters who give black females a platform to speak are the problem.
Mainstream media platforms that give black females a platform to speak are the problem.
Anyone who believes and takes into account what black females have to say are the problem.
Black men who listen to women are the problem.
When it comes to leadership, Black men are the only ones to be heard.
In a family crisis the father is the only one to speak.
When anything happens in the black community that causes a discussion, disruption like a protest, a retaliation or a boycott. Black men are the people to listen to. And take cues from.
Black men exclusively, lead and speak for the black community. Black women do not.
